The Centrifugal Spinning Process
Our RCC Hume Pipes are manufactured using advanced centrifugal spinning technology. This ensures maximum concrete density, zero porosity, and superior structural strength compared to traditional vibration casting.
1. Steel Reinforcement
We use high-tensile steel cages perfectly welded to provide extreme load-bearing capacity for NP3 and NP4 pipes.
2. High-Speed Spinning
The concrete mixture is spun at high RPMs, forcing heavier aggregates outwards and squeezing out excess water for ultimate compaction.
3. Controlled Curing
Pipes undergo strict water curing in dedicated tanks to achieve maximum compressive strength before dispatch.
Quality Testing Facility
